    Pick the items that you like, choose the quantity and colors & start designing. It’s that simple! You may choose to either upload your artwork, pick from our artwork or text. Once you order through the website your credit card will not be charged the full amount. We will only charge a 20% deposit, and the balance will be charged after you approve your e-sample. You will see the charge on your statement from our parent company Hatco International. You will be emailed a sample within 5 to 6 business days. The complete order will ship after you approve the sample within 5-6 business days. Immediately after you place your order, you will be an email confirmation of your order. If we have any questions, we will contact you.

    We offer very competitive prices because our merchandise is at wholesale level. We offer some of the hottest brands online and have an extensive line of promotional apparel and accessories to choose from. If you don’t find what you are looking for, chances are we can get it, please call or email us.

  • Super-Fast Delivery

    The complete process takes approximately 12 - 15 business days. The sample take 5 to 7 business days. Once the sample is approved we generally ship within 7 to 8 business days. If this is not soon enough, do not worry, we offer RUSH service.

  • Rush Service Available

    Depending on our schedule, we can "RUSH" your order. We charge 50% more per piece to ship within 4 business days after the sample is approved. We charge 25% more per piece to ship within 5 business days after sample is approved. This is from the day we receive your completed order and final artwork. Cut off time; Completed orders must be submitted by 1PM, Eastern time. Orders received after 1PM will be considered received on the following business day to determining the date of shipment. Additional "Express" freight charges may be necessary. If you have an account with UPS or Federal Express, please give us your account number for billing. Good Luck Designing!

Please be assured that we have a system in place to review all orders that are placed, thoroughly, and will contact you if any problem come about. You will receive an email proof to make sure you it’s what you created. We only offer the highest quality merchandise and only print or embroider with the very best equipment and design specialists. If you receive an order that is different from what you approved and created in our design lab or if the product is defective or flawed in any way, you may return the item for a full refund within 8 days of receiving your order. Please contact customer service prior to returning any goods. We will issue a return authorization number to ensure that the return is handled promptly and accurately.

  • No Hidden Fees

    Our prices are inclusive of all charges. We do not charge set-up fees on any orders placed with us. This creates a tremendous savings to you, our valued customer. One of our goals when starting this site was to be completely up front with the final price. We do not want customers spending time in our design lab only to find out that what they created would be too expensive for their budget. Most companies will have set up or art charges that are charged separately and add greatly to the overall cost of your order.
