Ordering, Shipping and Return Policies

Shipping Time:  Usually, blank orders are shipped within 24 hours and decorated orders within 2 weeks.  We ship FREE FREIGHT for any orders delivered within the continental US and within our two week turnaround.   For an additional fee, rush service is available; please contact us for pricing and timeframe for rush and international orders.

International Orders:  We are not responsible for paying custom and duty fees imposed by a country.  Please contact us for a freight quote for international shipments;  please call a broker in your country to determine custom or duty fees, if any.

Returns:  Decorated items are NOT returnable; please inspect merchandise before altering in any way.  If we are drop shipping to your decorator, please have them double check the style number, color and size before decorating.  Once an item is customized, it is NOT returnable.  If we are doing the customizing, WE ARE responsible if an error is made regarding style #, size or color.  Blank items may be returned with a 15% restock fee; shipping charges are not refundable.

Customized Samples: We will send a FREE digital sample for your approval BEFORE we start production.  Changes to your logo can be made at this time (before it is approved for production).

Cancellations:  A 20% cancelation fee may be charged once an order has been started.  We do not charge for set up fees or digitizing; our price is  ALL INCLUSIVE.  However, if an order is canceled after we digitize or burn a screen, a cancelation fee will be imposed to cover those costs.  Please get with your decoration specialist to see if your order can be canceled without a fee.  After we start decorating your items, you may not cancel the order.
